Learn the 6 step pacing system
When I had ME/CFS, I kept overdoing it when I had energy and then crashed.
It wasn’t entirely my fault and it isn’t yours if you are doing this also.
In order to pace effectively, you need to implement simple tools consistently.
Then you develop the skills!
You overdo it when you have energy and experience payback
You are experiencing extreme physical and/or mental fatigue
You are trying your best but think that there has to be a better way
You feel frustrated about your lack of progress and feel like you are missing out on life
You feel bad that you are not able to give others time and attention: family, friends, children...
Establish and build on your baseline?
Implement simple strategies that support your body?
Break the boom and bust patterns that keep you stuck?
Use your energy and get things done in a sustainable way?
Simplify your life and gain a sense of clarity and confidence that you can pace effectively
You watch the course videos. You will learn why
pacing is crucial and how to pace effectively.
You will get access to the templates, so you can go
at your own pace and implement the tools.
