Learn the 6 step pacing system
When I had ME/CFS, I kept overdoing it when I had energy and then crashed.
It wasn’t entirely my fault and it isn’t yours if you are doing this also.
In order to pace effectively, you need to implement simple tools consistently.
Then you develop the skills!
You overdo it when you have energy and experience payback
You are experiencing extreme physical and/or mental fatigue
You are trying your best but think that there has to be a better way
You feel frustrated about your lack of progress and feel like you are missing out on life
You feel bad that you are not able to give others time and attention: family, friends, children...
Establish and build on your baseline?
Implement simple strategies that support your body?
Break the boom and bust patterns that keep you stuck?
Use your energy and get things done in a sustainable way?
Simplify your life and gain a sense of clarity and confidence that you can pace effectively
You watch the course videos. You will learn why
pacing is crucial and how to pace effectively.
You will get access to the templates, so you can go
at your own pace and implement the tools.
You will get access to a private Facebook group,
where you can connect with like minded people.

" Thank you again so much, Simon. I am so grateful to you and happy that I can sustain good health and happiness like this - I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!"
" My husband and I are able to make plans again, doing trips, visiting friends and enjoying every single day of our “new” life together. Finally, we have a life again!"
"Simon was jam-packed with knowledge and use of the tools, which meant he was especially understanding and patient, and armed with an answer to any problem!"
“I had not left the house for 18 months and here I was walking through London on my own! I couldn’t believe the changes.
I now really do have a life that I love and Simon. I can’t thank you enough for helping me find it”.
"I am working full-time at a demanding job, often doing yoga afterwards, socializing with friends, going out to dinner, sleeping better than ever and thinking about all the things I do in a more life enhancing way!"
"I’ve totally caught up with school work, I have much more fun, I’ve joined a gym, I have exhibited my artwork, I’ve been on a couple of walking holidays, one of them leaping around the Norwegian fjords!"
If you've tried your best to pace yourself, then consider that maybe you need a bit of help. I did!
We can't always figure everything out on our own.
I read countless books, had coaching and therapy, did training courses in self management, time management, etc., which helped me develop this approach.
We will have 5 sessions spread out over 2 weeks, so the course will be well paced.
The time of the sessions will be decided by what suits the majority of participants.
During the duration of the course, you will have opportunities to have your questions answered in the live sessions and in the Facebook group.
We will have live sessions on Wednesday 17th, Friday 19th, Monday 22nd, Wednesday 24th and Tuesday 30th August.
The sessions are spaced out to give you time to consume the content and implement the tasks.
The live sessions will be recorded and you will have lifetime access to the training materials. This isn't one of those training courses where you have time limited access to the materials.
Yes - you can attend the first 2 sessions and if you decide that the Pacing Challenge isn't for you, you will get a full refund, no questions asked.
We will part on friendly terms.
I like people who ask questions. :-)
