When I had ME/CFS, I kept overdoing it when I had energy and then crashed.

It wasn’t entirely my fault and it isn’t yours if you are doing this also.

In order to pace effectively, you need to implement simple tools consistently.

Then you develop the skills!

Is it for me?

If you've tried your best to pace yourself, then consider that maybe you need a bit of help. I did!

We can't always figure everything out on our own.

I read countless books, had coaching and therapy, did training courses in self management, time management, etc., which helped me develop this approach.

What if I need help or have questions?

You get access to the recordings of 5 live sessions.

You will have opportunities to have your questions answered in the live sessions and in the Facebook group.

Just tag me and I will respond to your question.

What if I'm not good at pacing?

Remember, pacing is a skill. You can start small. 

People have reported that by implementing the techniques, even little by little, that they start to notice that it gets easier. It's all about practicing!

Can I do this training at my own pace?


The live sessions will be recorded and you will have lifetime access to the training materials. This isn't one of those training courses where you have time limited access to the materials.
